How does the risk-free trial work?

What if I need edits on the content that I receive?
We understand that minor edits and revisions are a part of the content creation process. We offer free revisions on every piece of content that is created on our platform. If more than 2 rounds of revisions are needed, a content specialist may work with you to ensure all requirements are captured in your brief and that you are able to get the results you need.
Do I get to pick the writer for my content piece?
Unlike other marketplaces that require you to interview and connect with dozens of writers, our platform automatically finds and matches the best writer for your content needs. All you need to do is submit your request and sit back.
Once a qualified writer agrees to work on your brief, you’ll be notified. The writer may reach out to you in the Draft app with questions as they start working on your brief.
If you are happy with the content that you receive from that writer, you can mark them as a Preferred Writer. Marking a writer as preferred gives them priority access to your future content requests, and increases your chances of working with them again. If your preferred writers are unable to work on your content brief, the platform will automatically find another similarly qualified expert writer for you.
Do you perform research for the content?
Yes! We do basic research for all content requests and include sources for any facts or statistics we quote. Research is done via publicly available secondary information sources. We do not perform original research (i.e. conduct interviews, surveys, polls, experiments, etc).
Do you provide images for the content?
Yes! We can provide up to 2 royalty-free images for your content upon request.
How many pieces of content can I request? How long does each article take?
You can request as many pieces as you want! Our typical turnaround time is 5 business days for a 1000-word article. Larger content pieces will take slightly longer.
Can I cancel at any time? Is there a contract?
We offer pay-as-you-go pricing. This means there are no contracts or commitments to cancel. Just pay for the content that you need.
